About Me

In 2018, I was sitting in a law lecture I barely remember when a friend told me about freelance writing. That conversation changed everything.

Not immediately. I spent the next few years figuring out what I was actually good at, moving from ghostwriting blog posts to content strategy to product marketing, picking up real skills at real companies with real stakes attached. PiggyVest, where storytelling campaigns drove 100,000 readers and 40,000 app downloads. Stears, where I led content strategy during Nigeria's 2023 elections and ranked above the BBC. RemotePass, where I built a content engine from zero that contributed to $500K in pipeline in a single half-year.

Each role taught me something the previous one couldn't. The pattern I kept finding was the same everywhere: companies weren't short on marketing activity. They were short on marketing that connected to revenue. That gap became the thing I learned to close.

In 2025 I co-founded EmpowerQ, Nigeria's first professional empowerment organisation for LGBTQ+ communities. Running it has taught me things about trust, marketing to invisible audiences, and building something from nothing that no client engagement ever could. It is the most important work I have done, and it has made me a sharper operator in every other room I walk into.
